Chai Rose Crafts – Shipping Policy

At Chai Rose Crafts, every item is handmade with love and care. Below is everything you need to know about how your cozy order makes its way to you. 💛

Processing Time

  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment.

  • During busy seasons (holidays, launches, sales), processing may take a little longer. I’ll always communicate updates through email or shop announcements.

Shipping Options

  • Domestic (U.S.)
    If you are within the US please choose between Economy shipping (5-8 business days) and Standard shipping (3-4 business days) at checkout. 

  • International
    International orders are shipped via USPS International or equivalent carrier.
    Estimated delivery: 2–6 weeks, depending on location and customs processing.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. Chai Rose Crafts is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by:

  • Postal service delays (especially during holidays).

  • Weather events or customs backlogs.

  • Unexpected supply chain issues.

If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out so I can assist.

Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details when your order is on the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, I cannot control delays or losses.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work to make it right.

  • For lost packages, I’ll do my best to assist with claims and resolutions.
